Koha Ditore reports that while waiting for the report of Eide, the Government of Kosovo is preparing plans to turn the process of the Standards into a process of European integration.
The Office for Standards and the one for European Integration in the Office of the Prime Minister are discussing possible options to merge the two processes, coordination and future monitoring, and the necessary structures to ensure implementation of the duties in the future, Government officials say, according to the paper.

Exactly. At least then the expectations will be more realistic. You can't expect Kosova to be more Europanized than some (even decadeds old) EU members.
...Albanians of Kosovo have to become members of civilized society first and demonstrate respect for human life. This isn't the case to date----six years after a war was won for them.
freakin' albanian animals. let europe deal with them.
Exactly, we're animals, so let Europe deal with us, now go back to your pub in Belgrade/Serbia and have a pint and contemplate your future and how you can be happier in your soon to be independent Serbia. Also let go of hate, it destroys...
Peace...
And Albanians? They are a "lost people" They have no historical monuments, no traces of any civilization, no traces of historical literature. Their law, the only law that defines their way of life to this day, is blood revenge. They are Europe's last cavemen, living fossils, who can fool the naive and the stupid, if you dress them up, shave them and give them a haircut, into believing they are actually more than that. They are good at four things: killing, sex trade, drug trafficking, and highest natality rate on the Continent.
The post above was written by a peaceful Serb who has nothing to do with supremacist ideas and who prays everyday for peace in the Balkans.
