Prishtina [Pristina], 1 September: The Kosova [Kosovo] Government expresses its indignation and disparity due to the invitation to and participation of the Serbia-Montenegro [S-M] Army [VSCG] Chief of Staff in today's Kfor [NATO-led Kosovo Force] change of command ceremony.
The government considers this as an insult to the sentiments of the citizens and at the same time it considers it an unacceptable act.
In a statement released for media, the government sees the presence of a general from an army that has committed serious crimes in Kosova, as an act that hurts freedom-loving feelings of the Kosovar citizens.
"The Kosova government was not consulted or informed in relation with the decision of Kfor Commander Yves de Kermabon. The government was notified on this only 45 minutes prior to the ceremony," considering that this should not have happened, regardless of the positive aims of the NATO, the statement of the government continues.
The government was notified by the Kfor HQ that they have invited regional army Chiefs of Staff, including the one from the VSCG.
Speaking on the invitation of the regional army Staff Chiefs, the government said that such thing was not confirmed by the Albanian Liaison Office in Prishtina, whereas the Macedonian Government confirmed the invitation of the Macedonian Defence Minister, who attended this ceremony.
Deputy Prime Minister Adem Salihaj also attended the Kfor change of command ceremony.
The government said that Deputy Prime Minister Salihaj expressed the dissatisfaction of the government to the COMKFOR Yves de Kermabon in relation with the invitation and participation of the VSCG general.
Whereas, the government evaluates that VSCG chief of staff was a guest of General Yves de Kermabon and as a representative of a neighbouring country, just as the other military or civilian representatives of other neighbouring countries.

This is a very sad attempt by a Serbian or should I say by one of the "newly recruited Serb intelligent agents" who does not care for a civilised opinion as he instructed to follow the orders of his superior, the war crime mobster boss, PM Kostunica.
If you go back and review the public statements of the Serbian government you will find that they have been trying very hard to make the Kosovar Albanians look in the eyes of the western countries as terrorists, criminals, drug lords, etc. This dear bloogers is a campaign to undermine the right of the Kosovar Albanians for self-determination, for a right that almost all the free loving countries fought for.
I would not waste any time to react to these sad posts and I call on the website editor to delete the racist posts, posted by the Serbs, on these blogg.
