Koha Ditore carries an interview British analyst, Tim Judah, gave to Deutsche Welle in which he says that Kosovo should gain conditional independence as soon as possible.
Asked to comment on what he meant as ‘conditional independence’, Judah said a situation similar to Bosnia when it comes to competencies of senior representative there, Paddy Ashdown.
Judah further said that the solution offered from Belgrade ‘more than autonomy less than independence’ is politically unrealistic.
