Switzerland pro Kosovo’s independence - Koha Ditore
The paper reports that Swiss Ambassador to UN Peter Maurer was clearer than all other speakers during the session of SC in New York. ‘Return of Kosovo under Serb sovereignty is neither desirable nor realistic. Formal independence for Kosovo should be done under strong supervision of international community’, Maurer is quoted as saying.

Important!
Becareful of the wording. Just because they say they dont want to see kosova under serbian sovereignty doesnt really mean Kosova gets full independence. They might be talking about autonomy like South Tyrol.
South Tryol...Give Me A Break...
That solution would never work, never. First of, Italians and Austrians are civilized, Serbs are not. So the Tryol formula works when two sides are not about to cut each others throats, but when they are actualy willing to sit down and talk, which I may add Albanians did on many occasions during the last century, only to be back-stabbed. Hey I lived through one of those back-stabbs...
Either way, Serbs are not Italian or Austrian.
Sharp minds, sharp will for independence
The independence of Kosovo is unquestionable. No civilization in the world would allow Kosovo to return back into Serbia and relive the terror and supression. Moreover, the internationl arena is not doing us a favor by giving independence to kosovo, it is only correcting its mistake of 1912. Apart from that, individuls or institutions who compare kosovo with tyrol Chevhnya or whatever country in the world which is involved in separatist conflicts are doing a harsh mistake. The reason is that you cannot compare separatist conflicts of states cause they dont hppen in the sme circumstances and at the same time. Finally, Kosovo should be independent beacuse it was historically a prt of albanians, and someones' property never becomes yours.
