Koha Ditore reports on the front page that the UN considers there has not been sufficient progress marked with the implementation of the Standards, therefore according to paper’s sources the UN has suggested to Security Council to postpone the comprehensive review at least until September in its meeting on 27 May.
The paper quotes its reliable sources as saying that ‘the big countries like US, Great Britain, Russia…have announced that their governments too are planning to create sort of independent teams to make the assessment, along the UN team’.
The article says that postponement of the review implies postponement of status talks too.
