Petrisch: Formal independence with limited sovereignty the best solution
Koha Ditore quotes Austrian Ambassador to UN Wolfgang Petritsch saying that as long as status of Kosovo is not resolved, there will be neither economic development nor genuine reform. He added that, at the moment, the best solution for Kosovo would be formal independence, but with a limited level of sovereignty.

What does "limited level of sovereignty" mean???
You have what u have now, UNMIK and KFOR but you're recognized by the world as an independent state.
UNMIK won't stay, there is a small chance that 'EUMIK' would replace UNMIK but there is no chance that UNMIK will stay for a long time no matter what the final status will be.
As for KFOR, I doubt a single Kosovan does not support that peacekeeping forces would stay in the country.
There they go again. . .the damn Nazis, I mean the Austrians, talking garbage. I am getting sick of these stupid, ignorant, arrogant, self-loving, non-English speaking Nazis, I mean Austrians. Always talking about things they have nothing to do with. Guys please ignore everything that has an Austrian in them.
Although I admire their culture, I must say sometimes the Austrians realy sound like alliens from another planet. Why oh why?
