Koha Ditore reports on the front page that there are good chances that the meeting between Kosovo President Ibrahim Rugova and Serbian President Boris Tadic will take place in Berlin. The German capital town, according to a paper’s source, seems to be a more suitable place than Vienna and Budapest.
International sources say that Rugova is going to change his mind and that he will accept talking to Tadic, since the meeting is planned to take place in a third country, and that status will not be a topic of discussion.
