Express reports on the front page that the PDK has decided not to take part in the Kosovo Forum if it does not have a decision-making role. The paper says that now SRSG Søren Jessen-Petersen will think about how to move ahead.
‘We will take part in it only if it is a decision-making body’, the paper quotes PDK General Secretary, Jakup Krasniqi as saying.
