Java weekly publishes an interview with leader of the biggest opposition party in Kosovo PDK, Hashim Thaçi.
Thaçi said his party was of the opinion that the Forum should have a political nature and should be a ‘Forum of consensus that would make important decisions on standards, status and Kosovo perspective and a Forum that would posses a clear platform on the independent and sovereign state of Kosovo’.
‘We have sent the recommendations of PDK to the Kosovo chief administrator today. Of course, they will be reviewed with utmost seriousness and consideration by him and by other international mechanisms involved in creation of the political Forum’, said Thaçi. He added that the Forum should serve the good of Kosovo.
Thaçi also remarked that the Forum should have its own work regulation and start with making changes to the Constitutional Framework.
‘Idea for creation of this political Forum has come as a result of negative developments in Kosovo and as a result of the start of total failure of current government in Kosovo’, concluded Thaçi.
