Koha Ditore reports that even after the seventh meeting of the Stabilization Association Tracking Mechanism the ‘policy that started two years ago for Kosovo will continue to be applied until the goal of the European Commission has been reached.
And the goal is the familiarization of the PISG with the European agenda’, said Reinhardt Priebe, chief of the European Commission Directorate for the Western Balkans after the meeting.
‘Application of this policy has marked progress. We have done what we have been aiming at that Kosovo does not lose track toward EU integration despite its undefined status’, Priebe said.
Priebe has also appreciated the work and the energy of the Kosovo institutions in their efforts to implement the priority standards.
