Could Rugova and Tadic meet in Paris on May 13th?

Citing unnamed international sources, Zëri reports that there has been no development as far as the meeting between Rugova and Tadic is concerned, implying that the issue is still in the initial stages.

Zëri notes that a place where the meeting between the two presidents could be organized is Paris on May 13th. ‘This is in fact a donor’s conference that will be organized by UNMIK and UNESCO, focused on the reconstruction of religious and cultural sites in Kosovo,’ says the paper.
