Kosovo minister notes progress in freedom of movement

Gjilan [Gnjilane], 3 May: Kosova [Kosovo] cannot become independent without freedom of movement for all of its citizens, peace and security, was said in the debate organized by the Journalists Association Beqir Musliu in Gjilan.

Lutfi Haziri, the minister of local government, said that Kosova is making progress in the area of freedom of movement. He emphasized that it was launched a large scale action for encouraging of the displaced [IDPs - Internally Displaced Persons] to return home.

"The government will create political conditions and a secure environment for a sustainable return, while the private property is sacred and cannot be alienated," said Haziri.
