Hague Prosecutors against Haradinaj’s defending in freedom

All dailies report on the plea of The Hague Prosecutors’ Office against temporary release of former Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj to defend himself in freedom.

According to dailies the prosecutors have assessed that despite Haradinaj’s voluntary surrender and guarantees offered by UNMIK there is insufficient proof that the international administration ‘is practically capable of detaining and sending Haradinaj back to the Hague if that was necessary’.
According to Zëri Haradinaj’s defense says this is not a surprise and adds that the final decision will be taken by the court in two weeks.
