Belgrade decides that Serbs will boycott Kosovo institutions (Koha Ditore)

Serbia's Council for Kosovo has assessed that, for now, there are no conditions for Kosovo Serbs to enter in Kosovo institutions. According to this Council, UNMIK and Kosovo institutions ‘have done nothing for the return of Serbs and other minorities’.

Oliver Ivanovic, a Kosovo Serb politician said in reaction that, ‘if there are no Serbs in the institutions, then there are no Serbs in the Assembly. Inside the institutions we are witnesses; outside we are only commentators’.
