MacShane: Kosovo should get independence as soon as possible (Zëri)

Zëri reports that during a debate in the British Parliament, the British Minister for Europe Denis MacShane has stated that Kosovo should become an independent state as soon as possible. According to Zëri, MacShane also said that “the semi-status as a child of the United Nations, without the authority of a state to adopt laws and to take over the responsibility for building relations with neighbouring countries cannot last for long.”
