Zëri quotes Western sources as saying that Martti Ahtisaari, the UN special envoy on Kosovo’s status, is planning to visit the region on 10-12 November. The paper notes that the former Finnish President is expected to visit Pristina and Belgrade to hold the first meetings with the negotiations team of Kosovo and Serbia and to get acquainted with the initial positions of both teams.
The same sources told Zëri that Ahtisaari might not come to Pristina on those dates because it still remains unclear how his team will be organised.
