Kosovo, international presence to be partners after independence, says PM

Kosova [Kosovo] Prime Minister Agim Ceku has welcomed the decision by the European Council on the forming and the start of implementing the plan on the rule of law and other fields that are to be defined at a later date. Prime Minister Ceku emphasized that any international presence in Kosova has to be designed and developed in full partnership with Kosova institutions.

The Kosova government has expressed its readiness to accept and support an international presence in Kosova, especially in the field of security and justice, even after the solving of the final status in Kosova, said Prime Minister Agim Ceku.

An international presence is necessary because the KPC is filled with terrorist KLA and would probably launch a war against the Serbs. Serbs have to be protected by outside forces.

It is my hope that the Kosovars will give up the idea of revenge, and treat the Serbs with full respect and equal rights.. If they do this---I repeat, IF they do this---then they will have an international presence.. This outside force is necessary because
without it. the Serbs would start
"ethnic cleansing" again---rape,
torture, murder, destruction, etc..

BOTH sides need an independent and
neutral peacekeeper..
