Macedonian, Kosovo premiers agree Ceku's 5 May visit to enhance relations

Text of report in English by Macedonian state news agency MIA

Skopje, 28 April: Prime Minister Vlado Buckovski had a phone conversation with Kosovo interim government Premier Agim Ceku, the PM's cabinet said Friday [28 April] in a press release.

They agreed Ceku to pay a visit Macedonia on 5 May, bringing good intentions for respect and strengthening the bilateral relations and understanding.

Kosovo government fully respects Macedonia's territorial integrity and sovereignty and reaffirms the principle of border inviolability, Ceku told Buckovski.

Kosovo also supports Macedonia's integration with the European Union and NATO, Ceku said.

Buckovski expressed hope for the Ceku's visit to be productive, saying that Macedonia holds to its position on the border demarcation issue, which as a technical process is to be completed within the talks on province's final status.

" bringing good intentions for respect and strengthening the bilateral relations and understanding."

Ic Ceku-language:

"Give in to our territorial demands, or we will do the same what we have done to Serbia"

All Ceku is asking for is for the border to remain as it has been since 1945 until Kosova's status is finalized. Then we'll resolve this problem (if there really is a problem and not an election trump card)as equals and good intentioned neighbhors. It's patethic that you blame the victim. The border either matters or it doesn't matter. If it matters, respect it. If it doesn't, than make it clear and we'll get to work.

I think that one thing Ceku needs to realize and accept is, that he is not the PM of a independent country and as such, he should concetrate on what his limited power over what he already has, instead of of doing what he is doing.

I also think that Ceku's politics with Macedonia is counterproductive since, instead of ensuring support for himself in the neighborhood, he just makes new enemies.

I think you need to stop worrying of Kosova or anything related with the country Republic of Kosova.

Independent Kosova already existed you just don't see it. The talks are nothing but an illusion before UNSC comes out with the verdict, "INDEPENDENT".

Ceku is not making any enemies. He clearly respects Macedonia and has said there will be no border changes except of what has been Kosova's land since the beginning of time (2400 hectares). Ceku does not have intention of partition, that's Serbia's dream. If Macedonia wants to be respected it has to return that 2400 hectares of rightful land. It is illegal, if they get stronghead only troubles will rise.

Ceku being counterproductive...what a joke. The guy has done more then any UN/UNMIK official has done in years. New government, new parties (joining), more things getting done, better relations, more perspective.

Independence here we come!

Oh the familiar Serbian sob story that has been told for hundreds of years.

"Give in to our territorial demands, or we will do the same what we have done to Serbia"

I hate to state the obvious, but it was Serbia's greed and narcissism that brought about its destruction and the destabilization of the Balkans. Even in the most obvious of massacres, in Bosnia, the Serbians would rather blame Hollywood directors for conspiracy rather than embrace the fact that they themselves have been the perpetrators of the most henious European crimes since the Third Reich.

Based on their previous record, in another century, Milosevic's deeds will be taught as those of a legendary Serbian hero. The Albanians have done nothing but exist, and that is what bothers the Serbians so.

Chris-that is a good point and I would add that it is their propaganda that contibutes to their madness just as much.
One of their writters (D Cosic)who is regarded as father of Serb nation (and was president at one time)had the following to say:

“Lažemo da bi smo obmanuli sebe, da utešimo drugog; lažemo iz samilosti, da nas nije strah, da ohrabrimo, da sakrijemo svoju i tudju bedu, lažemo zbog poštenja. Lažemo zbog slobode. Laž je vid našeg patriotizma i potvrda naše urodjene inteligencije. Lažemo stvaralački, maštovito, inventivno."

“We lie to deceive ourselves, to console others; we lie for mercy, we lie to fight fear, to encourage ourselves, to hide our and somebody else’s misery. We lie for love and honesty. We lie because freedom. The lie is the trait of our patriotism and the proof of our innate smartness. We lie creatively, imaginatively, inventively.”

"The lie is the trait of our patriotism." What are you to expect of the common Serb especially when their leaders say things like this. Unfortunately (for us and them)it is a miserably brainwashed society-which makes all those around them suffer.

1. I don't know if I have to be flattered or insulted that you think I'm a Serb, but sorry to disappoint you for being a Croat.

2. I graduated from university in sociology. I took part in many researches in the Balkans and what I can tell you about Croatia is that around 75% of the population are either indifferent or positive about the Serbs. Now, I don't know in what societal vacuum do you in Kosovo live but as far as Croatia is concerned, in our road to Europe we had to be defanaticized in order to advance meaning that we had to discover that the war in our lands was not one-sided as it was represented, and the credits go not only to the government but also to our civil society. Ask yourselves what is the proportion of violence done to Serbian returnees in Kosovo and in Croatia.

3. Concerning my previous point, I was a volunteer during our Homeland war and participated in Krajina in 1995. Since then, seeing how we liberated our lands, I started cursing my stupidity for joining the army. I have also seen Ceku's smile when we were ordered to shot at a column of serbian refugees.

4. You can concider as much as you want that Kosovo is independent, which it de facto is, but officially it isn't and the outcome of the negotiations will be pending until the final signature.

5. What makes Ceku as the best PM so far? He is to short in office in order to achieve something significant. His speeches are not a practical deed, even though he says only what you want to listen which makes him the best PM.

I wish all the best to Albanians and Serbs. May you all smarten up.

Who is the liar here, cause I just see you taking the part of the works of Cosic which suits you, without giving the whole context. If you read the whole article of his, you will see he was referring to the period of communism in ex-Yugoslavia and the shit we Serbs had to eat in order to satisfy Tito's ideology of "Brotherhood and Unity".

"We lie creatively, imaginatively, inventively"

How true, we lied to ourselves in order not to revolt by the chopping of our lands and giving them to others (best example - Kosovo-Metohija).

"about Croatia is that around 75% of the population are either indifferent or positive about the Serbs"

Reffering to that, on my last visit to Belgrade I have seen even more and more cars with Croat lisence plates. I drove my brothers car with Belgrade lisence plates to Sarajevo and Zagreb and the result is not even a scratch (in Sarajevo I was also invited to a drink just because I came from Belgrade), the people were just walking by without even noticing it. But surely it wouldn't be the same in Pristina. SUrely Independence of Kosovo would be the first one to torch my car.

Thanks for making my point even stronger. It seems that even quotes taken directly from the author are not enough for you. Be that as it may, I can give you yet another example of your so called intellegencia having great ideas about treatement of Albanians. Here is another from one of your heroes:

"We must be more straightforward and practical in dealing with the Albanians in Old Serbia (Kosovo) and Macedonia in order to conquer Kosovo and Metohija ethnically and, at the same time, avoid a conflict with the neighbouring people in Albania. We must also take great care in considering the areas from which Albanians should be expelled and resettled so as not to affect a single Albanian village, indeed a single Albanian home more than necessary. If we are to reach our goal of linking Montenegro, Serbia and Macedonia, we must bring about a complete change in the ethnic structure of Kosovo and Metohija. Most important of all, we must cleanse Metohija. As the border region to neighbouring Montenegro, it will be most suitable for Montenegrin colonization."
The first thing I would like to mention in this connection is that wars are most suitable for solving such problems. Like storms, they blow through countries, uprooting and blotting out peoples. What takes decades and centuries to accomplish in peaceful times, can be accomplished within a matter of months and years in a war. Let us not delude ourselves. If we wish to solve this problem, we will only be able to do so during the war. "

How true have these writting become?

Cvijus I can't help you with the fact that you still are illiterate. My name is Independence FOR Kosova, but you still have yet to be able to fathom that the word 'for' and 'of' are two different words, and represent too different entities.
This same ideology can be applied to serbs using the word Kosovo i Metohija. Kosovo and Metohia were provinces of Yugoslavia, yugoCrap broke up, it exists no more. SOOO if you refer to Kosova as KOSOVO+Metojia what you are basically saying is that YUGOSLAVIA still exists...which it doesn't, so grow up and get off the drugs.

I just thought you'd want to know that Yugoslavia doesn't exist and you using a term relating to yugoslavia, well it basically means you're still living in an alter-reality.

Milosevic was too smart for Carla and the Hague. They were losing their efforts against him. Maybe he was done away with, we will never know. But he was too smart for them. He wanted to summons Clinton and other world leaders to be interrogated but, they would have none of that. So it was easier if he just went away.

Their blunder in Kosovo is so knee deep in shit, that they do not know how to get out of it now.

Something is smelling in Holland.

The truth will always prevail.

Learn to use toilets and indoor plumbing first mother fuckers, before you ask for a nation of your own.

You have been a weight on the former Yugoslavia since it's existence, who will you beg from now, tthe U.s.?

I for for one do not want to give you mother fuckers a penny. Go get a job and support yourselves, muslim terrorists.

Hey nylwyer I have news for you. If you lived in the US since '99 then your earned taxes went to bomb serbia back to the middle ages. And some of the money you are paying is still going to the Kosova's budget. See I was hoping that you were smarter than that and shut the fuck up already, but it doesn't seem so. How ironic you are supporting the very nation that has bombed your land, you stupid asshole.

NYoutlawyer said...

The only one that came close to bombing my country was you mother fucker muslim terrorists on 9/11.

Wow nyouthouselawyer is pissed. Dont make him angry guys he might shit his pants and make the whole firm smell like sewerbia

The only ones that bombed your country, it was America. I see you have leached to America...don't worry soon they are doing something about the illegals, get ready to get shipped back to Mexico..hahaha.

NYoutlawyer said...

I told you, the only people that did horrific acts to my country was muslim terrorists. I do not live in Serbia.

I strongly believe that having an independent muslim nation in Europe, run by former KLA war criminals, is a big mistake. The U.S. wanted bases in the Balkans, it has achieved that. But they had no idea 9/11 was coming. They took advantage of Milosevic's madness, but it will come back to bite the West.

That's cute the way you go hahaha at the end of a blog indy. I see a lot of 2 year olds and retards do the same.

You would like that we don't use term Kosovo and Metohija because of: The name Metohija means “land owned and governed by monasteries”. The term is of Greek origin and derives from the medieval name for the monastery land given to Orthodox monasteries by the Serbian rulers.

When you trying to rewrite history, you are trying to erase names. Ain't gonna happen', KaM is Serbia.
