Serbia-Montenegro Foreign Minister Vuk Draskovic and Russian Federation Deputy Foreign Minister Vladimir Chizov today agreed that it was necessary to link the solving of the Kosovo issue with the process of implementing democratic standards in the province, which are not at a satisfactory level.
Chizov told Draskovic that the Contact Group, following talks in Belgrade and Pristina today and tomorrow, would inform its collocutors of the key messages, the Serbia-Montenegro Foreign Ministry said.
