In an interview with the Slovenian newspaper Delo, President Rugova said that many changes have taken place in Kosovo in the last six years, ‘and as a result of this we are now closer to independence.’
Rugova also told the newspaper that Kosovo will have its defence forces with a limited number of soldiers.
