Burns: 2005 is decisive year for Kosovo (Bota Sot, Epoka e Re)

US Under Secretary for Political Affairs Nicholas Burns has said that USA and Europe should jointly support peace, stability and democracy in the Balkans. He also said that 2005 will be a decisive year for Kosovo. ‘We believe that everyone in Kosovo, including Albanians and Serbs, should start the dialogue and work for a democratic and multi-ethnic Kosovo where the rights and security of all citizens are respected’, said Burns in an address to Royal Institute of International Affairs in London.
