Tirana, 4 April: The chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosova [Kosovo] (PDK), Hashim Thaci, said on Monday (4 April) in Tirana that "Kosova has no territorial pretensions on Serbia, Montenegro or Macedonia".

In a statement to the media after the meeting with Prime Minister Fatos Nano, Thaci stressed "Kosova does not claim change of its borders and Albania, but works for their opening up and democratization".

Answering to question on the role of Prime Minister Nano for acceleration of the procedures for the final status of Kosova, Thaci estimated him as "a very progressive politician not just for Albania and Kosova, but for the whole region".
