Security Council meets on 17 October to support start of talks? (Zëri)

Citing unnamed diplomatic sources, Zëri reports that Ambassador Kai Eide will submit his report to UNSG Kofi Annan today. The same sources told the newspaper that the Western capitals expect Eide to be conditionally positive in his evaluation. According to an optimistic version, the paper says that the UN Security Council could meet on 17th October to support the start of the resolution of Kosovo’s status.
