Koha Ditore quotes EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn as saying that the European Commission is planning to adopt a communiqué for Kosovo next week under the headline European Future for Kosovo.
‘This will send a clear signal to the leaders and people of Kosovo that the European Union is fully committed to their European future,’ Rehn was quoted as saying. ‘At the same time, we expect a constructive approach from Kosovar leaders, including the decision to meet Serb leaders.’
