After obtaining the licence from the Banking and Payments Authority of Kosova [Kosovo] [BPK], the PTK [Kosovo Post Telecom] will be able to provide all financial services for customers as of November.

Financial services can be carried out in all PTK cashier desks, such as, vehicle registration fees, court fees, university tuition fees, driving license fees, property fees, KEK [Kosovo Energy Corporation] bills, custom fees and other financial services that the non-banking financial organizations provide.

PTK director Rafet Jashari said that the PTK could provide more efficient service with lower fees, since it has 110 offices all around Kosova.

Jashari said that they have started negotiations with many public institutions in order they carry out their transfers through PTK.

PTK officials say that the customers can select the company for those services. But by choosing PTK, Jashari said that the customers would avoid long queues at the banks and get better and lower services.
