he chairman of the Serb National Council (SNV) for Northern Kosovo, Milan Ivanovic, has urged the displaced Kosovo Serbs in Jagodina to unblock [entry to] the polling station in the town and allow citizens who wish to vote [in the Kosovo parliamentary elections] to do so.

"The blockade of a polling station jeopardizes the democratic process and harms the interests of the Serb community," Ivanovic said in a statement for FoNet.

He said that he understood the anger of displaced Serbs who lived in a very difficult situation.
