Next year will be crucial for Kosovo, said at a press conference on Thursday in Brussels US Secretary fo State Colin Powell.
The US secretary of state in taking part for the last time in Brussels in a NATO ministerial meetign and is on his last official visit to Europe, as he will soon hand over his portfolio to Condoleeza Rice.
