U.N. passes law allowing 99-year land leases in Kosov

The United Nations
mission in Kosovo agreed to allow leases on municipal land
for up to 99-years in hope of attracting foreign investment

The new law, passed Friday, will authorize 30
municipalities in Kosovo to make "long-term allocations of
municipal land for commercial ventures for the purpose of
