Koha Ditore reports on the front page that according to the Kosovo Government, political dialogue with Belgrade, which is one the main conditions set forward by the international community, could start in autumn.
‘The meeting [between the PISG and Serbian Government] will most probably take place in autumn,’ said Government spokesman Daut Dauti. ‘This meeting would speed up the recognition of Kosovo’s status – independence.’
Independence ? Who will be independent??

Serbian Prime Minister Vojislav Kostunica in talks with NATO Secretary General
Jaap de Hoop Scheffer pointed out that the international community’s Standards
had not been fulfilled in Kosovo, because there was no respect for basic human
rights of Serbs, no freedom of movement, and conditions had not been created for
the return of persons who had been “expelled”. Scheffer said the presence of
international forces in the province was necessary and underlined that KFOR
was ready to prevent the breakout of new violence by Albanian terrorists.
NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer and the SCG Foreign Minister
Vuk Draskovic signed in Belgrade an agreement on land communication lines
through the SCG territory for NATO and KFOR troops in case they need to
intervene in the region. The agreement will allow KFOR troops to swiftly and
efficiently respond in case there is a repeat of Albanian extremist violence in
Kosovo such as the one on 17 March 2004.

Did Vuk just cede territorial integrity of the rest of Serbia to NATO in case "Albanian terrorists" do something?!! This guy is just amazing.
