Americans train Kosovo negotiators (Koha)

The paper says that OSCE has organized training sessions for Kosovo Assembly members and representatives of political parties on negotiations techniques. The sessions undertaken by Paul Williams and Sean Burns, according to the paper, aim at training participants on harmonization of political stands and identification of problems in Kosovo society.

PDK senior official Hajredin Kuqi is said to be satisfied with the trainings adding that such trainings facilitate the negotiations process. AAK and ORA representatives are of the same opinion says the paper.

The paper writes that OSCE officials neither confirmed nor denied the information. Sources told the paper that American trainers expressed their dissatisfaction at the lack of a negotiations platform and assessed as necessary preparing of a list of Kosovo society’s concerns which would be presented to Martti Ahtisaari.
